The Queen Anne has dropped out and that fixture now becomes an Open

Church Inn Tramps have changed venue and are now playing from Hennigans

New members elected where as follows:-

Michael Smith. Proposed and seconded by Mark Dicker

Selina Stokes
Linda Walker. Proposed and seconded by Kath Kelly.

Only one member stepped down and that was Tony Riley Due to having other commitments.
The Comittee would like to take this oppurtunity to thank Tony for all his help.

It was agreed due to misdemeanors of last season that a captains meeting would be called and a copy of the rules would be issued and signed for by captains.

Registration will commence now the on 22nd February upto the 15th of march all registrations must be accompanied with £20.00 per team.
All registrations must be returned to the Hardy Hall no later than 9.00pm on the 15th of march.

Subs to be increased by £5.00 per team to cover end of season raffle prizes.

No rule changes have been made

The only rule that has been mentioned is the seven day ruling all wining captains must maintain this ruling as it is the winnings team responsibility to get the card in before the seven day rule expires.
Any cards that have gone over the seven day ruling will be deemed null and void.

A new format was proposed by stephen hoyle and seconded by Guy Dickinson
A new format will be introduced this season the game wil consist of five singles games followed by two blind pairs games followed by one trebles game.
This is To help out teams that have 9.00 pm players.
All players turned up on the night will be entered into the blind pairs. The draw for the blind pairs will take place after the 5 single games.
The trebles can be hand picked by the captain.
Only players entered in the blind pairs can play in the trebles game.
There will be 21 points to play for in each match.

There will be a captains meeting to explain further.

The captains meeting has yet to be arranged but you will notified in due course.
